Maddie has been working with our daughter for a couple years now and we couldn't ask for a better support worker. Maddie has built rapport and trust with our daughter, advocates for her and makes sure she is safe, comfortable and her needs are met every shift. She adapts her changing needs, ensures she is always treated with respect / like a person and is one of her biggest cheerleaders. 10/10 recommend Maddie and Supported Journeys!

Supported Journeys are fantastic. Emily could not do more to help us manage our NDIS plan. Prior to engaging Supported Journeys, we were struggling with how to start using our plan. Emily helped us get started and is a terrific support through the whole process. Emily maintains contact with us, finds NDIS registered support services and then organises their services. With Supported Journeys support, a self-managed NDIS plan is easy to manage. Without Emilys help we would still be struggling trying to understand how we use the NDIS Plan.
